We want to know everything about you and your project. Once we receive your information from our contact form or email, we will send you a customization form. This form helps us understand every little detail about your project and helps with the estimation process.
2. PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT
After gathering all of your information we will then provide you with your custom proposal. Your proposal explains your paper options and all of the costs involved. From here you can approve your proposal, submit your retainer, and sign the agreement. The 50% retainer is non-refundable and credited toward your final invoice.
3. DESIGN & PROOFING
After the first two steps the fun and designing begins! Design proofs are sent electronically. Any changes that are requested are completed and we move on to the final approval process and final payment.
4. PRINTING & DELIVERY
After the final invoice is paid, we go to the press! Your items will be shipped to you by the date specified in your timeline.
